Designed for security professionals, it extends the power of Avigilon Control Center to mobile devices, enabling you to monitor your organization's surveillance systems and respond to incidents in real time from anywhere with network connectivity.

Stay connected to your security infrastructure with flexible access options. Sign in using Avigilon Cloud Services credentials for seamless, secure remote access to cloud-connected ACC 7 sites without complicated firewall configuration. Alternatively, directly connect to ACC 6 or ACC 7 sites by entering IP address, hostname, port, and credentials. This dual-access approach ensures you're never locked out of critical monitoring, whether your systems are cloud-hosted or on-premises.

View live and recorded video streams from H.264 and H.265 cameras with optimized HD streaming powered by High Definition Stream Management (HDSM) technology, which intelligently manages bandwidth to deliver quality video even over limited connections. Monitor multiple cameras simultaneously using flexible view layouts, and easily navigate recorded footage with the intuitive timeline interface. Access video analytics features that highlight detected people and vehicles with bounding boxes, helping you quickly identify relevant events.

Respond to threats faster with real-time push alarm notifications that alert you to motion detection, video analytics triggers, and other critical events. Control PTZ cameras remotely, execute predefined tours, and move to preset positions. ACC Mobile 3 supports ACC Core, Standard, and Enterprise edition sites running ACC 6.2.0 or later (or ACC 7.4.4.14 and newer for cloud-connected deployments). The app requires the ACC Web Endpoint component, which comes pre-installed on Avigilon Network Video Recorders and High Definition Video Appliances, is built into ACC ES Recorders and Appliances firmware, or is available as a separate download for Windows servers.
